Shipping & Delivery
Every 12 Seconds piece is printed to order once you buy it, then shipped from the print partner closest to you. Most UK and EU orders are printed in Europe, and US orders in the US.
How long it takes
Delivery time = production (usually 2–5 working days) + shipping. Typical shipping times after production:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

To arrive before 25 December with standard shipping, we recommend ordering by:

These dates include a safety margin for the December rush. Orders placed after them will still be made and shipped, but we can't promise Christmas delivery. We'll update this page if our print partners confirm earlier cut-offs.
Customs and import charges
Orders printed in the destination region (most UK, EU and US orders) normally have no import charges. Orders to South Africa and some other countries may attract import duty and VAT, collected by the courier on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
